Unless you had a pirated version previously there was a whole new sequence in the underground base. A long sequence.

Did you play from your .36 last save? The timeline doesn't give you the new content. It's from your last save. There a massive new sequence in .37

There is no timeline entry for .37 since it's a continuation from .36. .36 ended just before you went down the elevator. Now it continues seemlessly if you rollback and reload from that save point. It's not a timeline entry.

.37 isn't Chapter 4 which would be 4.0 to start. It's not yet available to anyone. If you saved the end of .36 then you can roll back and continue the story.

Yeah took me awhile to decide on how to leave the save, fuck the dead loli (looked like a 10-11yo version of Dee from Dating My Daughter) and eat the extra bad karma or put a baby in the nurse. I'm on a roll with baby collecting so went with that.

I dont have any luck with this game. each version i get a different bug. Re-started this time through and there are a ton of missing images. I really want to like this game, sucks it never works for me.
