Aside of the fact that not many people are into them. Normally they are not that easy to build. That's why mostly all games have the same generic character.

Instead of plumb girls what it's a lot more common are chubby/thicker girls like the mom on Between Salvation & Abyss or Hailey from I'm the Bad Guy. But sometimes they get ruined because of the huge tits they get...

Ive been playing Fattening Career recently and this game does large women (and the inbetween transitions) really well! Dev really got the bellies to work well and not just seem like he moved a slider.

The only game I remember having someone like this was Young Again, but eventually she gets more skinny as the game goes on.
