The instructions aren't interchangeable sadly, but it looks like it's pretty close.

For Mac you need to put the patch files into:

Radiant.app/Contents/Resources/autorun/game/

But I make no guarantees, I don't have a Mac to test with

There's a ton of games that are like this, but I believe LC pre-patches most games. If a game isn't pre-patched and it uses vague terms like "landlord, landlady, roommate, partner, ward, childhood friend," etc. then odds are there's definitely a patch.

That being said... most patches only unlock rather mild censored content like, for example, incest. Reason being, platforms like Patreon do not allow many taboo themes like incest, forced, etc. ← This is primarily why so many games have a patch.

Some games will not be pre-patched by request of devs to avoid potential issues arising with leaks to other sites.

Well at least for now it seems like the next update is going to come out on time, If I am not mistaken, the deadline they set was march 23rd.

The last update was in december. They haven't been consistent with their release schedules. That has been the main criticism about this game, it doesn't get updated very often. From what SirDammed said he had a lot of personal stuff that made it hard for him to work on the game. But it seems like things are better for him now so hopefully this will get updates more often from now on.

AFAIR one of his "personal stuff" was him playing Baldur's Gate or some other computer game (I don't remember exactly which). He was reckless enough to boast about it on the internet at the time when it took him many months to issue a half baked 0.5-alpha update after which he went back to enjoying himself for another half a year or so.
Apparently, when shit hit the fan, and the subscribers, who for almost a year and a half have got only wallpapers and half of the update, started leaving in droves, the anti-crisis plan was put in action and now we can even see a nice advert of this game on the top of each page on this site. ))
I wonder when we will see the next update. At the end of 2025 or in 2026?
