Yeah, I forgotten some of those... "Did you fuck Emily while her sister was watching? Y/N" Who the hell is Emily ;-p Especially after 9 months of releases. I too dislike when the developer makes choices that actually don't mean anything. At least be honest and don't offer the choice in the first place.Of course when it asks those questions, if it's well into the game, there's a good chance you'll forget. I've seen ones that did total bullshit - make a part 2 that completely ignored the player's previous choices.
Even ones with hours worth of play time, including what is usually very boring (the early parts with no sex?)NEVER!, replay the whole thing again is a plus for me... Games are too short to play from a previous save... =(
The dev to have their shit straight before they start? Ever hear of the 7 P's? Prior Planning and Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance. If they're any good, they have most of it planned ahead of time and don't add anything that breaks old saves halfway through.if the game is not finished, what do you expect?
That doesn't always work with broken saves, unless you skip "unseen text" as well. When a save gets borked, it can often bork the persistent, too, and treat all text as "unseen". This may not matter to you, but if I'm charting new paths, I want to see what I missed the first time.I just use the skip button liberally which is why I am partial to Ren'py games.
