discussion How do you Sleep at Night?

gotta have a fan, or fan like noise going. I grew up without A/C, so I can't sleep well without it.

For me it's any sort of non-white noise type noise that I can't sleep. Talking, traffic, assholes letting their dogs bark, etc.

I can sleep under most conditions. Lights on or off, dead quiet or TV blaring, Temperature at 10° or 30°

Only thing I can't do is a mattress with a lot of give.

I'm the opposite. One reason I don't travel is hotel beds felt like a concrete slab to me.

I see my bed, I lay down on my pillow, blanket on and then the lumbermill starts

Should add sleeping on the toilet as an option for this. Many times after a long day end up falling asleep there. It’s at this point, another bed.

lights off like normal people, sometimes i turn on the tv so there's a sound, idk why i find it relaxes me

In darkness with the fan on to drown out any sudden noises that might wake me up.

I can't sleep in silence, so even when it's cold, or it's so hot that I turn on the AC, I have to also turn on my ventilator for some constant noise.
I preffer to sleep in the dark, even the single LED from my PC or sometimes the AC sometimes annoy me, but thankfully they're weak and don't affect me when I close my eyes.

don't know...mine is quite old probably older than some of the players hereabouts
