Hmm, i think you are missing my point.
Iam pretty sure if you are actually really just making games as a hobby for YOURSELF, not for the public, noone would care what kinda game you make. Its for you, and noone knows about it.
But the instant you release stuff to the public AND want to try to make money from it, you should know if what you're doing is actual legal or tolerated where you live.
You cant just make a game for years that include smols, getting a good subscriber base, and then be like : " wait. i think i might can get in trouble for this, so i "reworked" and "improved" the game!
Hope you still like it! " what most of the times when that happens, only means plain removal of content or age up of the characters.
And yes, sure. Ofcourse they can do that, and some did, or just plain disappeared. I can understand that, better than jail, right?
I for my part only play these kinda games because of the smols. They get aged up/"reworked" ? Game is dead for me. Good luck to the dev!
Just imagine SSP from keztal with.....uhhh 18+ models....Pretty sure not many would care about that game then.
The only developer i currently know of that really does it as a hobby and doesnt want money is Deafosse with his games Burned and Malignant.
Long story short:
Thats why i dont support any AVN developer that are making smol games that arent finished, coz i dont wanna get f**ked over after having supported them for 2 years and then they pull shit like this.
Wasted money and iam not rich myself.
