I find it so hard to make an AI image where everybody has perfect hands like this!

Ikr. Everything is perfect then you notice one hand that is so fucked up that no amount of inpainting could fix. I've lost so many potential great images over fucked up hands.

Have you tried the prompt 'hands behind back' ?
j/k although I do that cheat myself sometimes
I've seen this as a prompt helper for the hands:

(-bad hands -unnatural hands -fused fingers -too many fingers -extra joints)

"best" is very subjective. I am a big fan of

It is an SDXL-Lightning model, so the quality isn't as good as a standard SDXL model (Dreamshaper is available with that too if you prefer), but the improvement in rendering time is quite substantial. I can get images 90% as good as the SDXL version in 10% of the time (4-6 steps with SDXL-Lightning models vs 30-60 steps for SDXL).

Actually my hardware won't be able to run sdxl so any other models based on sd 1.5 would be good
