And also properlty tag the many visual novels that are lacking visual novel tags.

Granted 90% of porn games are worthless visual novels.

Most important is the milf tag and with that i can try the game, if it has some sort of corruption (better if it is the milf who does the corruption part but i like both), incest or shota, it enhances the game.

As for technical tags, the first one I look for is animated....yeah, I know, there are lot of games out there that are great and not animated...but after seeing some of the amazing work from our devs on recent games with animations, I tend to prefer those. The others kinda go into the back burner if I ever have time to check them. I also prefer 3dcg over 2d.
As for genre tags, incest, fantasy/sci-fi, pregnancy are some of the ones I look up for new stuff once in a while
