As for technical tags, the first one I look for is animated....yeah, I know, there are lot of games out there that are great and not animated...but after seeing some of the amazing work from our devs on recent games with animations, I tend to prefer those. The others kinda go into the back burner if I ever have time to check them. I also prefer 3dcg over 2d.
As for genre tags, incest, fantasy/sci-fi, pregnancy are some of the ones I look up for new stuff once in a while

I agree 100%, any game with redheads take my attention.

I usually just look that the game has a male protagonist, but can't go wrong with a little harem, creampie and pregnancy too.
