If the dev wanted to add ntr he would've done it this update and would have added a sharing scene with the mc, sara, the other girl and her dad (I forgot her name). I doubt that he would think that by making her the mc in the game, people would suddenly be ok with her being with other men. Again he got a shitton of backlash just because of one lesbian scene. Unless he has a shitton of supporters that want ntr or similar content I don't see him doing that. I don't think he would do something that dumb.
I think people are just projecting their fears really hard.

That being said, It would be kind of funny if after me saying all this, the first sex scene you get in the next release is her banging some other dude

I think that the "woman" in the end was/is the MCs butt hurt wife.. (Saras mom...) Or better! Sister!
They want to take back MC. So some sister or ex wife action perhaps. And Sara gets caught in between.
