That's weird. I'm not a fan of closed section games, rather an opponent, but we don't prosecute for possession of such materials. Sex with minors is a serious offense, often up to life in prison. For sexual violence against children and teenagers - firing squad. Incest is punishable by termination of parental rights.
But if you electronically store anything, even a full-fledged PTHC, nobody cares.
