Hi from the future, I hate to tell you but I lost one time then figured out the win on the second one for Stage 14.

Spoiler: Stage 14 Solution

At the end of each turn the waves "switch sides" and become "yours" so you must use cards that have the sword(s) on them in order to "sacrifice" the waves. I found it fairly simple to win using the calvalry and long range assassins.
