Anyone else actually a fan of the grinding games?

i am not sure grind is right. but I like games that make you earn it, against games that just give you lewd things without earning it
I'd agree that I don't mind stories that make you 'earn' it, though I prefer those to be in the form of anticipation and build up to the event. If it's lots of character dialogue or plot until the moment, I don't mind. But if it's just the fact you need to do the pizza minigame 12 times before you have enough cash to buy the dress or something like that, then that's not worth it.

I've come to discover over the years that I actually do like grinding but that it's not popular and especially not in porn games. Maybe just burned into my brain from all the jrpgs back in the day. Grinding within reason, I suppose. Hitting max level in Final Fantasy is fine, going for insane achievements in mmos is usually not fine.

Grinding can be really fun as long as the developers implement it well. I enjoy it when I just want to watch something progress

I like grinding games if the gameplay is good & there's some sort of noticeable progression

Make the grind rewarding in a way, like unlocking new dialogue or pics for the gallery during the grind. That way the grind is fun to do. Otherwise it just kills the boner, a man can only wait so long without any foreplay

I don't like it. Too many times I found myself @ 4 am grinding to unlock some quest and not getting enough sleep. It also messes up the flow of most games.

I do like my games to be "gamey" more often. Let's make some numbers go up, even a tame sex scene will feel like more of a reward if I had to make numbers go up first!

Only at the beginning, after a while I just ended up burned out. Now I can't stand it and end up cheating the grind away. Honorable mention to peasant quest that insist on having you grind for a lot of the game

If what you're grinding for is worth it in the long run, then yeah I'm a fan. Sometimes I'll wait til the content is almost over and then grind for what I want later, because there are some games where even after you're done with the content you can just continue to grind. If it's taking me MULTIPLE hours to grind, however; there's just no way for that to be worth it, because I'd rather play a real rpg and grind in that

It's all about the balance between effort and reward for me. If you iterate through some bland repetitive action, but get something exciting enough at the end of it, it was worth it. If you're just fed crumbs for tedious amounts of grind however, I close the game, delete the folder, remove the bookmark and might leave a constructively pissed off review about disrespecting a player's time :D
You know... just to help them grow as developers

Honestly i don't mind it unless it's those games where you have to click to walk through every fucking door and then do it again to go to bed and repeat

Gotta agree that in regular non-porn games, grinding isn't that bad. I don't mind it in JRPGs as long as the combat is good. The problem in porn games is that the grinding is incredibly awful minigames.

No
What I'm looking for in adult games is an amazing experience
Rather than intentionally killing time
Otherwise, I would just go play with the greedy snake.

I will always love some MMO grind, but all grind has a place and time for it.

Oh lord, no not really. I can grind to the maximum, I used to play black desert online and I believe I have 4000 hours on it ( I know, chump numbers) but I don’t enjoy the grind. I much prefer games like ff7 remake, where the story just happens and as you get through the story you become strong enough to keep going.
