Overview:
Housewife is a visual novel / management-simulation adult game about Anna, a female protagonist, and her life of chores and boredom!

Help Anna fight the house chores, her inner-self, and the other problems that haunt her and her family members! Help her (or force her) to change her mind about different subjects and develop as a human, alongside maintaining and progressing different relationships. This is a short game that forks into multiple paths, you are not expected to experience it fully by the end of the game, but only the path that you have chosen to take in this specific, life-changing, month.

It's a short and light-hearted game, with a lot of sexual content, and hopefully, long & worthwhile build-ups.​

It's not exactly clear which subconscious thoughts you want to increase or decrease. It would also be nice to know when a certain train has hit its max so I don't drag a positives trait onto to a dead end subconscious thoughts'. It would be nice if there was some sore of count down to the vacation. Also maybe a road map of where each subconscious thought goes so we know what to focus on.

I like this Dev's games, but without tips or walkthrough it's difficult to play.
I never managed to finish any of his games

Yeah, its difficult without a guide. And this one of the few that I managed to get through to the end as well

Then I saved it.

It's a good game, better than most as far as multiple playthroughs reveal how the system works. But technical polish is needed. I'm near the end, but can't progress because the thought bubbles and dialogue selections push the next scene option off the visible screen out of reach of my mouse. Any advice?

Press Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen.

Or....

• Create a shortcut to the Housewife.exe file
• Right-click on the newly created shortcut and select "Properties"
• In the new window that opens up, enter this:
  -screen-fullscreen
  after the path to the file in the "Target" line

You should end up with something that looks like this:

And then use the shortcut to launch the game.
But Alt+Enter is probably easier in this case.

Thanks alt+enter worked but now im stuckin dialogue with the friend Sarah there is no option to exit the conversations and go home now any ideas how to get out of that? lol

If your monitor has an aspect ratio that the game's UI isn't made for, that can happen ?
Like 1920x1080 is 16:9, and 3440x1440 would be 21:9 aspect ratio. Most common one is 16:9.

Normally I'd say to just use Alt-Enter again, but that doesn't work here.
And the game also seems to be missing any options or settings menu, so that's great...

You could make the shortcut I talked about in my previous post, but use these commands instead:

-screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080

I don't know what resolution your monitor uses, so maybe you need to go lower/higher to make it fit your screen.

yeah i set it to 1920 by 1080 and when i was talking to her it showed a little bit of a home icon above all the dialogue choices so i was able to click that. man this game is poorly optimized

It sucks that this game has a pretty hard time limit. There's barely enough time to experiment and get all the necessary thoughts before the game forces the vacation and the end of the game on you.

i was wondering why I couldn't leave the vacation. that is a pretty stupid concept cause i missed some things at the house, guess I will just have to start over and not do the vacation until last
