Ah yes cheese as already said it tastes better on everything. I'm not to picky but Cheddar, Provolone, Pepper Jack, and Monterey Jack are some of my favorites

American cheese on the other-hand as the name implies is just plain crap with oil and no milk. It's goddamned terrible.
