I like cheese. Unfortunately, as I age, it seems cheese likes me less and less lol.
But at the same time, I started enjoying some stronger tasting cheese that I didn't when I was younger.

I only eat 6 types of real cheese and dont have the slightest clue how the first 3 are called in english:
1. Emmentaler
2. Edamer
3. Tilsiter
4. Garlic cheese
5. Buckrams cheese
6. Smoked cheese
From the viscous "cheese" types i only eat those with garlic, buckrams, onions/leek or salami
I refuse to eat anything made of non-cow milk, anything that conquers my fridge with its smell and anything with mold (allergic)...and if cheese is still white its uneatable.

I occasionally cook meat (beef) baked under cheese and onions and less often fish.

oh yes, a nice Brie or Camembert cheese with crackers on a nice afternoon, with a drink in hand, and a good show playing in the background.
i like blue cheese , like Gorgonzola, but have it very rarely. it's an acquired taste.
A nice grilled cheese sandwhich made with a blend of chedder and mozzarella, sprinkled with some herbs make a nice snack.
Permesan usually goes well with pasta, but i try it with other things for a little kick.
fry some Halloumi up in a pan or have some Feta with a nice salad.
try some cream cheese and smoked salmon together.
