Parental Love was a good game, I actually supported that one (I think,, its been a while) until they added the futa content.

In either case, it's probably one of the better games regarding pregnancy content, but even then its (as you say) just an extended epilogue.

The only games that I can think of that have active pregnancy content, that does anything are games like

FreeCity (PregMod edition)
Strive for Power
Masters of Ranna (only the supporter builds atm)

There are probably a few more, but they are as rare as a French Military Victory
