Does anyone know if Seth is actually working on this with any progress or if they are going to wait for the Westy case to unfold and have more news?

Who knows, maybe he'll snap out of it and finish his own game in another country (is that even remotely a possibility?). Sooner or later the aussie justice system must emerge from its own madness.

In Australia, creating such a game, is illegal. Uploading it to the internet and making money off it is why he also got charged with distributing and living off the proceeds of crime. As for how realistic they look, that means nothing, in case you are not aware, lolicon itself is illegal in Australia, whether manga, anime pc game etc As for the way the cops reacted, Westy is the first Aussie to have been caught making money by creating and selling an illegal game online. They will use this case to set precedents. Other than his local town paper, there is fuck all news in the media here about him. If the cops had any info connecting him to real life children, Westy would have been headling the 6 pm news across the country everytime he has been to court.

Sorry but no information about which charges were dropped. He has pled guilty to controlling an electronic server of child abuse, aggravated use of a carriage server for child abuse, making available child abuse material, multiple counts of possessing child abuse, accessing child abuse material and dealing in money believed to be the proceeds of crime. He also pled guilty to installing an optical surveillance device and intent to distribute intimate image of another person. In English that all means creating, possessing and distributing child porn on the internet and living of the money he made from the game as well as stalking and revenge porn. Do you all understand just how much trouble he is really in ? Creating the game and distributing it online breaks Federal laws. He is facing at least 20 years plus, just for creating a game

Sorry mate but the stalking and revenge porn charges only got mentioned recently, I really have no idea what he did concerning those charges. As for Westy being released on bail. He has not been convicted yet and he turns up to court when told to and has not broken his bail conditions so the court will allow him to be released on bail till his sentencing hearing in August. Thats how it works here. If he breaks his bail conditions, he goes straight to jail. I dont know what those conditions are but at a guess I would say reporting to local police station every day as well as staying offline but that just a guess

Correct, there is NO MENTION of real life material and if there was we would have heard already. Although Westy is not the first to get done for 3D images, he is the first for creating them as well as distributing online, both of which are Federal offences. As for setting a precedent it all depends on how he is sentenced, concurrently, meaning he serves all the sentences at once or consecutively, meaning one after the other. Under Australian law, there is no difference between real life and 3D in regard to child abuse material

Going to prison for fictional stuff is really fucking dumb, but if those new charges actually happened then, yea he deserves to go to prison for that.

I 100% agree with you there are so many people that are commiting real crimes and they focus on a guy who is making fantasies I really don't understand the world sometimes is not because a guy likes those types of games that he will do that in real life!!

1. They didn't create any imagery.
2. They harm a living person.
3. There were no actual people involved.
4. Somebody literally went to an AI tool and typed "show me a <xxxxx>" and it created the image.
5. Somebody will prosecute and they'll go to jail.

It's probably less than 2 years away.
