did anybody knows how to find Sadyr Root . literally nowhere on island cant find em .

Yes, on the main island. Starting point from the area with small dunes close to main camp, if that might be important.
They didn't pick it up at first so I believe you need the happiness and affection stats up quite high before they bring the Sadyr Roots.

nothing like that, only real time limit you got there is sleep bar, till you find coffee recipe and get it going.
some things do unlock with time, when enough of it has passed and thats bout it, nothing that you can miss cause of it. that i would know of.

I have tried to play this once and could not get to progress anyway in the game... so now I've seen that there is a guide for it, but I did not get it very well how to use this guide, this game is like a linear progress based game or it is more like a free quests type?

its open world play, got stuff to collect, some have to do in certain way, rest is up to you. you start with collecting hearts (girls) and recipes and in process craft stuff that you can and go from there. start can be bit grindy, if you dont cheat, but i know few that did it without few times already.
whats known anyway how and where got all in guides, they are linked between each other, can even find bit older saves there (have attached clean saves too)

You can build a raft using the T2 workbench, and the foundation for a house using the woodcutters bench.

craft wise dont think there is any, only that is portable if you got the skill for it.

if you cant see her under H, got always stuck button in girls menu
also you can always use those for where they unload their finds

Trees are usually made from logs.

On the islands, you can look for small trees that you can chop down. They'll either drop a log or wood scraps, depending on your luck. Once you craft the axe tool, you can chop down any tree for a log (walk up to any tree and hold "E" or whatever your interact key is).

There's also a recipe that you can grab from the sunken pirate ship that will allow you to craft wood logs. If you need specifics, I recommend checking out the guides/maps by @micmitja (the goat).

Iron is usually at the top of steep inclines and mountains. Use climbing ropes. If I remember correctly, you need at least a copper pickaxe to mine it.
