The character will start with small breasts, then that and other characters will experience some changes and get a few things different on her case the breasts will get bigger, the hips and but also, the reason to vote is to see what people like as their standar size, I will get that point as reference and create two other figures with bigger breasts.
In short, because the majority like the normal size then that will be the "new normal" for that character and others, that would mean that when that character gets healed/fixed of that condition that makes her breasts go big she will keep the normal size, when they get bigger they will look like this (WIP):

If most people liked huge then I would have created two other figures with even bigger tits, I was sure most people wont like impossible but if the majority voted for that then it would have been the other way around, character starts with impossible tits and then she gets smaller because things, and mc heal her to get back, still thinking about the story and how to implement it, there are other changes I'm thinking of, like smaller vaginas/anus, futa like dick/clit, age regression/progression in specific parts of the body not the entire body, etc.
I'm just thinking about the story for now and a few characters so I can have a solid base to start when i finish the other game.
