discussion Hated Common Game Trends

So the "delete a fetish" thread got me thinking when I noticed most of the stuff mentioned was pretty bad but fairly rare like scat, vore or guro. Of common porn game trends what do you guys hate the most. For me it's obnoxiously big tits, especially truly absurd proportions. Some days it feels like every other game has them on some or all of the characters and it just seems gross to me.

Not a fan of making everything incest. It's good if it's integral to the plot but meh otherwise.

As a degenerate futa doesn't bother me but I have to agree that weird proportions in general are a huge turn off, shit becomes uncanny valley quick. I've always felt some games just use the incest to give an excuse for characters proximity or cover bad writing.

what do you think about Battle Angel Alita? Did she creep you out?

She wasn't the worst but it was definitely there. It's like 'still would, but less enthusiastically'.

I like trying early version 3d games (open world etc) but for some reason majority of them are either female protag or furry. Each to their own just wish more 3d games were being tried outside of those tags

Only looked at that just now but I'd say it's mostly okay, I'd say my hangups come more from weird af and uneven body shape than just robotic features, though the face and eye stuff is a bit weird sometimes. I can justify some things in my head when it isn't supposed to be human. Tits or asses bigger than their torso, waists so tiny they'd snap in half, bug eyes and weird head and leg proportions in comparison to standard body types and so on get to me. The art quality in a porn game matters more than any other type of game to me. I understand people like to explore the unrealistic and impossible in games but the prevalence of some of these is a pain.

Agreed, there's a few that are alright, but most are appealing in spite of their inhuman features not because of it in my experience

I thought it was stupid to give her those big cgi eyes. The only reason she had them in the manga/anime is because that's how the medium works, everbody has kinda dispopotioned features.
They only did it in the movie for the recognition value, so that stupid people can point at the trailer or movie poster and yell "I know that face!!!"

I hate it when the protagonist, or other characters, lie about things for no real reason. Also, when they keep relevant information to themselves simply as a plot device. It just bugs when there is no important reason to do either other than to create misunderstandings or conflict in the story.
