Quite a few, but do you so consider games completed if they have new seasons in development (like Oh Daddy and Sara or Lust Academy with 3 being in developement)?

I'd consider a game completed if that current version is completed. For example there's misfits 1, 2 and 3. I'd consider 1 and 2 complete in that sense. Also I'd consider the guardian complete as the sequel would be tg2 the lost guardian.

This morning I finished the current version of Sara and Exchange Student.

On Steam I'm currently playing Sophia's Spa and off-Steam I'm going to start with either UC8 or Apartment 69.

Yes it is. Just like you I van't played it either yet and I loved Parental Love. I (like many) hope that A69 isn't abandoned, since I've heard many good things about it.

Yea man I agree with you, sometimes a game can be ruined for some fans by an update. It happens and it's shit when it does. I personally don't like gay content but I could play through the trap content in 'but I'm the bad guy' because at least they sorta look like a girl lmao
