Not 100% sure this fits the boat but damn you gotta try The Pilgrimage absolute banger, but it may be closer to monster rather than alien. Its a fine line and idk the difference.

The Pilgrimage if it counts is one of my favorites. Rick and Morty Another Way Home is also pretty decent

As the above user posted, The Pilgrimage is a great mass effect parody. RMAWH is also decent. It can scratch a shota itch. In terms of movie parodies, the Star Wars ones by Digital Foundry are alright since they use full bodypaint for the actresses so there's some effort there.

Operation Novel is the only KND (kids next door) parody i know about but damn is it a good one. Its not even a porn game per se but it does have enough ecchi situations to where you'd never see it somewhere like steam. Its in the same space as waifu academy for me where i dont really give a damn anymore about the ecchi parts cause the story is just that good. Always feels like you just got done watching a KND episode after each update. Highly recommend.

Second Nympho Tamer, Midlife Crisis (unfortunately was abandoned) is pretty good too; Jikage Rising (this one has no incest) and Four Elements Trainer (There incest in book 2 and 4 iirc) also come to mind.
