Now I got mixed feelings for this one... (I mean April)
I love how she is now, and I wouldn't mind having her around "me". There will be less fun if she just aged up to be Li.
I would say let's go middle ground here. Workup for her to join your household and be your adopted daughter like Holly. Let her be here and live with you... see you around and others (ofc by accident(s)). Let her grow around all shenanigans you do in house. Make others "teach" her until she is ready for more. This could lead to more funny, hot and kinky scenes. (All the fun would be in waiting )

April doesn't really have many scenes in game so it probably wouldn't be that hard to rework her content and make her look older, but since people will still keep complaining, I don't know if it would be worth the extra work for the dev. The only thing that would make people stop complaining, is if the dev added back the scenes he removed and that is not going to happen. No one would risk getting in trouble with the law just because of one small side character. So for the people that like april, the only way you will get any sex scenes with her is if the dev decides to rework her content or if he decides to do a time skip in the future. It's kind of pointless to keep arguing over this.

That's a bummer... In old days that's how you learn what to do... no it is illegal. I hate this world :/
So there is only one way for her to join the story... age up. And you can "correct" the story for that, or you take her out of the picture for some time to reintroduce her later.
I guess there was some mistake in her papers

Maybe April can be aged up but have her about the same height as Lauren or Megan but can still keep her cute looks some how and give her some boobs but not huge ones. something smallish since that seems to be what is the "safe" limits I guess for the girls as long as they have some form of boobage size, then it's ok I guess. and she can still carry the teddy bear to give the impression she is still young at heart and uses it like a comforting object still.

i hope not. Simply because I don't see it making anybody happy. Another rework instead of new content, might break saves again, and what we get won't be the April that her fanboys desire...

I am neutral on this. I am ok with him either completely removing her or reworking her content. What they want, the dev can't give them so It's pointless to argue over this.
