Yeah I'm in Ohio where it's not a swamp/jungle but still gets in the 90's already (though mostly 80's this week, raining). And a few days before rain comes the humidy goes up and often gets heat indexes between 100-120F. Not to that point yet this year but probably will be in a couple months. Southeast Pennsylvania here, got to 96 on the 2nd (was a record.) Incest is legal between adult 1st cousins but not marriage. I don't think immediate relative incest is legal anywhere, a few states 1st cousin marriage is legal (not just like Alabama. Hawaii actually is one)

Contrary to popular belief incest has been illegal in AL for over a century (a felony much like 46 other Nazi states, though history shows you can't effectively police everyone's bedrooms and keep privacy laws both). In Ohio, RI, and NJ sibling incest is legal, just not between parents/kids. In OH consent age is 16 with the older half's age not mattering (and if neither is 18 then age doesn't legally matter at all unless it's outright rape). For marriage we had to make a trip to Argentina (sibling incest/marriage both legal there), still spotty as far as OH counties. Like when gay marriage was first legalized some county registrars will have a fit if you are honest with them and outright tell them you are bro/sis, others will just pause a second, shrug and carry on with their rubber stamp but if Columbus finds out about the actual blood relation details it won't be valid since sibling marriages aren't legal here (yet). Ask me how I know, that was a helluva bureaucratic mess to clean up, as we and the registrar both assumed marriage was legal since the incest was; it turns out nope, at least not in 2010, dunno if that's still the case. For awhile we were just gonna wait 7 years for common law to kick in, but it turned out that was legally abolished back in 1991. So in short we're legally fine to fuck all we want and even have multiple kids, but marriage is a big no-no for whatever fucked up inconsistent reason.

Well 50 years ago we were headed for an early ice age with global cooling. Compared to that the average has in fact done the opposite and warmed up a bit. Not necesarily higher temps but more days of them, more so toward the poles and upper latitudes where it used to be below freezing year round, now the southern edges are thawing out and melting permafrost is not so perma anymore (with some villages sinking into the resulting mud and sinkholes). I just assume 99% of the human race will roast to death within a century or 2 with the rest living underground and enjoy the ride while it lasts.

*Coughs in British English* Washing up liquid is a common British phrase that is used instead of soap, specifically when used in washing/cleaning dishes in the sink. Else it is caused either soap or handwash. RIC0H is a Brit like myself, so he uses British English as that is what we're taught to use when growing up. It is not because we are Brazilian or Portuguese. Any other so called "weird translations" are likely more British English phrases that you've misunderstood to be a form broken English when actually they're part of the British English dialect.
