Not having played the game:
1) Replace the shota MC with a grown man to fuck the lolis.
Most shota lovers prefer mommyfucking content anyway.
2) Make the MC the dad to one or more of the lolis, and have him fuck them. Daughterfucking is the perfect way to serve up loli content.

I don't normally play horror games, but this one has me intrigued. Perfect score on the jump scare. They're hard to do well.
I'm vanilla on the kinks. I like oral and footjobs. I have never seen a 2D lesbian scene that looked good, otherwise I'd suggest that.

I'd like to see all the characters (except maybe the ghosts) naked in the forest/river camping out like nudists with their genitals in full view. I'd also like to see the protagonist deflower his cousin. And I really hope the "Run" option doesn't end up being canon. But those are just suggestions, I'm not telling anyone how to make their games or galleries.

All ideas are welcome, mate. It's just a matter of how I can do it and... unfortunately, a bit too late since I already made the MC a shota.

If I add it, and it's a HUGE if on those "three letters", I'll more than likely save it for my last update as an add-on so people don't have to worry about these things being in their computers/laptops/phones/whatever. (I can't port it to phones because of Ren'Py which is a pain in the ass)

Emelex pretty much already explained it. Lol. That said, I did a recent change for the jump scare when opening the menu to save. And fixed some grammar/spelling issues. It's a bit of everything except for erotic. Not sure what you meant by body, though.

I added a version of the Transparent Textbox Mod I modified so that that enables the console and developer variables, I disabled all instances of static_noise, horror_noise, and Title_Pic_Woman_2 from script.rpy, I fixed that one typo in Chapter_1.rpy I mentioned in my first post, and I changed the fight-or-flight choice in Chapter_1_2.rpy so that Fight is green and Run is red. They are all just minor, personal edits, and I'm not trying to push them on the game, I just figure I'd share them in case anyone was interested.
Also, I think the black shadow is actually the ghost of the MC's dead grandma or something and has actually been trying to help him, in an overly-scary sort of way.

Personally, I loathe jump scares. They feel cheap to me. I much, much prefer the slow-burn approach to a lot of J- and K-horrors. Unease. Tension. That's what I think of when I think of "horror." But it's 0.1 and was (so far) just the one time, so I'll reserve my criticism. I just hope you don't overuse them.

I'll be trying to keep them balanced. If I overuse the jump scares, it'll become too obvious. So there'll definitely be one of those creeped up kind of scenes. Sadly, I actually love the jump scares.
But yeah, there'll at least be one or two in each chapters. And I'm only going up to 5 chapters.
