Hair is not included, but you can easily find something you can use by searching "daz genesis 3 female hair download"
you will need Daz Studio before you can actually use this or any other Daz model, but Daz Studio is free

Are G3 models still used much? Just curious

Are butt holes still used much? Just because it's an older model doesn't mean it isn't still used a lot by people.

looks nice but can you change the length and color of hair?

That would depend on what hair mods you have installed as most character models don't come with hair files unless it states it in the file name.
