What's even more funny is he's gonna feel it even more since it's causing the whole site to vote on not letting him control the thread. The vote is already 131 to 11 in favor of it so yeah it's pretty much done. (quick edit, not him specifically, but he is mentioned almost directly in the poll and reason why the site is changing.)

Nah I personally loved the fact that he confirmed both things he was accused of by bragging about the money he's making and his admin control really shows that what everyone is saying is totally wrong.

I remember seeing that throng of people absolutely frothing and yelling about how much they wanted permanent paywalls. I could almost see the tears in their eyes, pure joy, when they saw it happen. The people were pleased and got what they wanted on that great day!

Man, I don't like the way it's done either, but, it's their game, and they can do with it what they wish. I've got the page saved to a collection on Itch, my intention is to pay for it once it's complete, although that may change. The cost per update isn't worth it to me, but it clearly is to enough people, considering that he's got a lot of subs on SubscribeStar. Honestly, dude doesn't owe anyone a free copy of anything. There are plenty of other games on this site and others.

I do find it amusing, however, that the folks having a meltdown seemingly aren't willing to support LewdCorner financially either.

If I didn't have to rely on 4 other sites to get updates from (that devs here refuse to update) I could see myself dropping some cash. As it is I'm already supporting 4 devs subscribe stars, and honestly can't afford anymore. Not having the ability to donate money does not lessen anyone's opinion however. You do have a point though I wish I could afford to donate this place as well right now as I greatly agree with its anti-censorship policies. You're also right that he doesn't owe a free copy to anyone, but then you have to realize what kind of site this is and then he has to accept the reaction he is receiving from doing so.

I just took a trip over the that F98 site and they are even ripping into it over there and he's doing the same over there as he is there giving responses that are pissing even more people off haha. When those prudes are even bitching you know you done goofed.

They would give support if the dev whasen't greedy and also stalled updates which he as kept on doing on this site.

i mean he added

SE = Standard Edition (The standard version of the game)
GE = Gallery Edition (This is the SE, but with an added Gallery + Bonus scenes)

That are lockt behind 20 dollar and 40 dollar a very greedy move, meaning that even if you give him any support below 20 dollar you won't see the Gallery Edition at all.

So why bother in giving any support to a dev that behaves like this and did i mention he is also an admin on this site, which is furiating people even further.

This so called meltdown as you put it is justified and this dev is just seems to be holding this thread hostage at this point.

I can't tell you as it would probably get us in trouble, I would say find another site to post or wait until the rule is overturned as it's being voted on now.
