When you're done with Sisterly Lust play the dev's current game next. It's called Tales From the Unending Void and it also has sister romancing, plus the image quality is exponentially better than SL.
Haley's Story is great and mainly focuses on a set of brother/sister twins.
Once In A Lifetime has some of the most realistic sibling dynamics I've seen in a game, and the MC can romance both his sisters.

I'd never recommend any MNF or other games like it, *ever*.
It's not that it's bad as you know, but there's really something that somehow makes it so that I can't praise the VN. Even as wholesome as it is.
