My friend just got back into Destiny 2 as they have a new update today and i realized that's how i used to be with World of Warcraft.

What's a game that gets you back into it with every update?

For a long time it was Diablo 3 for me

I've got 2 candidates! Final Fantasy XIV and Overwatch.

Phantasy Star has been consistent for me (Though I burned myself out in PSO years ago). Current PSU NG is nice casual with regular content updates.

Knights of the Old Republic was the big one for me, but they have been changing so much (making it WORSE), that I have given it up.

Hearts of Iron 4 and Stellaris. To many damn good mods.

Doesnt get updates, but i often find myself going back to Soul Hackers 2 every now and then. Not the greatest game ever by any means, but is really chill and nice to just continue working through it without having to stress over anything.

absolutely agree with FFXIV and its funny because i played overwatch 3 days ago and hadnt in about 2 years

Every once and a while I'd play Hollow Knight in Steel Soul mode. I'd always die eventually but it's still nice to play through the game

that was out for free with play station plus so i played a good bit of it when it was on there. Kind of reminds me of dead cells in a weird way
