I have a computer dedicated strictly for Skyrim and modding it.

harem hotel, corupted kingdom, both have yandere.
also love and sex second base. (however be warned that particular does result in a very quick game over for right now.)
theres also quite a few yandere focused VN or RPGM games form dlsite.

There's a lot of games that get started but maybe have one or two releases before being binned. I get that the games can take a huge amount of time investment and sometimes money for good renders so I get it but are there some reliable devs you'd recommend supporting who consistently finish their projects to a good standard?

So far, BaiBai has been very consistent, with a quality update every 3-4 months without fail to Twisted Memories.

Monster girl quest is forever on my recommendations for any serious VN readers who love story driven VN's like Inganock, tsukihime, katawa shoujo, utawarumono, still in my top 5 to this day.

some other popular ones

Harem hotel(story focus.)
Corupted kingdom (story focus.)
MIST (Story focus)
love and sex second base (less story focus.)
Four elements trainer (not story focused. it's a parody so thats to be expected.)
third crisis (less story focus.)

despite some contention around this one due to some drama back in the day.

Champions of the realms a fun time story wise i enjoyed it.

There are a few that I recommend.

Neko-Hime tends to put out consistent and very decent work.
Doc5252 or whatever set of numbers he's using now, has a damn fine twisted sense of humor, so if you like that too, he's one I'd reccomend.
Shaddy kicks ass, but don't let him hear you say that because it will go to his head. He spends a lot of time assisting other devs and has a damn good game of his own.
Devon makes some damn fine work too. OSiL is awesome.

Sadly I am bad at remembering names...and there are a LOT of others that rate being called good too.

Not actually seen that one before. I take a look

Not seen that one before, looks interesting at first glance. Very good reviews

As a player, I will support someone that is creating a story I like, whether they are new or established. Established devs deserve the support and new ones need support to show they have fans and people wanting them to continue and succeed. One reason many projects disappear is because no one will support them, even if they have good content. Just like the people who upvote r/new on Reddit, these supporters really help.

If you have any questions about a specific project/game, go talk on the Discord. Most people are going to be pretty honest in how the dev operates, both with updates and with community management and creator support.

On the developer side, it does take a huge amount of time and energy to put out a reliable product. Most of us don't make enough to make it our full-time job, so we have to go to work to make the bills until (we hope) the project takes off. If I didn't have this damned office job, I'd be on project #4 by now. :D

Yeah I get that. Its that cliff of can't make the money without the time and cant commit the time until the money is there to pay the bills.

The good thing is the devs that make it are the ones that have good stuff and also have the passion to continue, even in the face of little or no support. But you really do need to have both talent and passion to "make it."

Lament of Ravenous

Shaddy of The Daddy Plan

Ketzal of Such a Sharp Pain

Will Tylor of A Family Venture

NUFF SAID!!! :P

Carry ON!!! :ROFLMAO:

fallout 4 is barely held together for modding.

i stopped playing skyrim recently just because i got sick of the crashing and bugs.

but i do love modded skyrim.

fallout 4 i can't get into at all.

Good list to check trough. Seen shaddy credited in a few different things so respect to him (quietly :D)

From a players perspective its hard to know if someone has put out a good demo and will actually update if you start supporting or not. I swear it seems like there are a couple of guys just making a demo as bait for donos with no intention of carrying on. Might just be being cynical tho
