That's why I was curious why it was red. The MC had by then already fucked his mother quite a few times. now he had fucked her right before going to the party with Nicole and Eve. for now I don't see any effect on the game, but I definitely am curious what it might entail in future updates.

Yes, I wondered about that as well, and it doesn't seem to have an adverse effect on gameplay.

R = Release, I assume. There's also A and B for alpha/beta versions, but you likely won't see those here.

It varies from one dev to another. To support Ketzal you would go to the subscribestar link on page one of this thread for SSP and you can see what the various support tiers have to offer. Sometimes it's just access to news about the game's development and sometimes you get access to releases before the general public and lower tiers of support.

I would guess they mean Universal Ren'Py Mod by 0x52, a nifty mod that gives pretty good access to info and variables. It even allows for in-game search-replace in dialogues, for instance replace all eighteen with thirteen...

Although, at least for me, URM doesn't seem to catch each and every variable as well as Extended Variable Viewer by anne O'nymous, so I use both and so far they seem to not interfere with each other. That mod can afaik only be found at f95zone:
