Like, having a top tier translation could always be nice, but as this one doesn't have complex routes or mechanics, understanding the general meaning is enough imho

If someone wants to try, I have gone through a few games using the Free translation, better than the bing one

I've played the original a bit. The necro is pretty tame in my opinion. It's mostly just her being somewhat rabid at the start and turning more humanlike as you cure her.

Honestly, doesn't even touch necro fetishes at all. It's more of a mental state alteration / growth. That, and none of her body parts have limited moves i.e. the flesh is still alive inside her without any rotting, just the brain state and reduced blood flow causing a pale face.

Currently in the state where she has a free mind (infection stage 2) starting from her rabid zombie-infected mental state (stage 4), and I'm not sure what parameters cause the antibody samples to be made for curing the infection state again, but yeah the zombie girl premise is pretty much limited to that.

The only game you can find where you can own ruthlessly your childhood friend in water fights. That alone makes it peak tier lol
