FFS, It was originally RELEASED four years ago, as in the first version. The last UPDATE was earlier this year. Did that clear everything uo you need me to define those words?

Here. Last update was Nov 2022. Obviously that wasn't the original release given the OP here was May 2022...

Not to argue Matt, but it says quite clearly that the latest update was march this year, while the release date was november 2022.

Typically here release date means LATEST release and latest update is last updated here. It can't possibly have "release date" mean first release - look at the date of the OP - about 6 months earlier than the "release date." How would it have been on this site 6 months before the dev released it?

Either way, the date's aren't exactly accurate. On another website, I found November 2022 discussions in a v0.2 thread about the imminent or recent release of v0.4 to backers.

If anyone has the real initial v0.1 and current v0.7 author's release dates, I suggest reporting it on the OP to have the information updated.

I still don't understand what you're getting at. But yes, there is a discrepancy between the opening of the game threads and the release of the game, but the first release on here still appears to be november 2022. Might be something that has come from earlier builds of the site.

Regardless, the current build was not from 4 years ago, it was from 2026.

Edit: Oh yeah, I had to edit this because I brought up an example that didn't work for shit because I am clearly unable to doublecheck my own ass before posting.

The most logical explanation, and I'm only suggesting this as I was not around back then, the "Release" might be referring to the actual first full chapter release, while the 6 months prior was for demo time.
