i managed to get ahold of 230814 version of VH01 but it's only partially translated, but it does have a new (3rd) playable character. I took the available version of VHMV and used RPGM MV to make a distributable version. If anyone is interested i will figure out how to post a mega link for each.

it is, but behind many locked doors and jp only sites, it also takes a long time since community is quite dispersed in what way it should go
