I properly shower 4 times a week, but the days I don't I just go for a quick rinse to both wake up and feel clean.

If i go to work, 2 times a day. If I don't, only shower every night before bed. Please everybody make sure you use a private part shampoo.

I try my best to shower as often as possible, I'd prefer to shower once every day or 2 depending on activity, but unfortunately depression does prevent me from practicing any sort of hygiene for random and sometimes long periods of time, much to my embarrassment and the annoyance of those around me.

Basically every day. Unless I'm away at shower taking time (12:30 pm) or something very unusual like the water being worked on.

The timing is more negotiable, but I have to get a shower in every 36 hours or so...

Trufact - for most of us guys there are only 4 areas we normally wash directly - hair, face, armpits, groin area. The rest get the soap runoff. For me I haven't been able to reach below my knees in well over a decade.

i dont understand the question.. i thought the typical picture or dudes is that we usually ONLY wash our nuts and the rest is just a quick rinse

I think another important question to ask is how many people actually wash their buttholes when they shower. You're gonna stink if you don't wash your ass even if you shower everyday

I feel like cleaning your butt goes pretty unmentioned during any sort of hygiene discussion. I absolutely support normalizing discussion and education about any good hygiene

Showers are great if I need to be up early, def helps with the wake up process. If I'm not on a schedule, it's more like every 2-3 days instead.
