While there are a ton of new games, it feels like less and less games actually reach their conclusion. And as the percentage of games being dropped is way higher than those reaching their conclusion, it feels harder and harder to get into a new game in hope of seeing it through. In this case, what are some games you hope to see finished before picking them up and which one are you leaving aside before finally seeing the complete tag on them?
In my personal case, 2 games that I had a huge interest into that I unfortunately lost motivation in following them are:
- Being a dick
- A house in the rift.
On the other hand, 2 games I really enjoyed and replayed once seeing the completed tag are:
- Once in a lifetime
- Mist
That being said, I still seek the hidden gems, so if you have some, share please!

To me, if a game sounds like it will be really good, or something I generally like more (used to be the incest harem type games, but lately... those have kinda sucked, so I avoid them to avoid disappointment), then I would usually not want to touch it until it was done. This was due to being burned by some games that after 3-4 years of dev, either abandoned the game, or cuckized it. If its a game I don't think very highly of, I am fine playing it unfinished because I don't feel I will become very invested in it.

I just wish some of the games i've loved playing would come back and get finished! Like Power Vacuum was so close to being finished but hasn't been updated in forever. Though many of them were lost due to many of the profit sites changed their rules unfortunately.

Given the fact that most amateur games are pretty weak (although some have relatively good gameplay), my answer is unlikely. As for visual novels. Their level is fan fiction, no higher. And if you need at least the slightest bit of literary talent to claim that your VN will be reread/revised, then the answer will not be so disappointing. No.

ive also lost interest in "being a dik" although the story is pretty good at the start the puzzles and mini games is what turns me off the most

im currently playing eternum and im really enjoying a lot!

Proud Father, i want more time with Kira. by now most people on here know about my love for Black lolis.

The Headmaster is one of the few 3D games I like. The girls' renders are beautiful And cute, the story is cool, the protagonist isn't that despicable (despite being a hypocritical jerk), and it's one of the most unique games out there.

If the game is fineshed, it's probably gonna be the best game of 3d render

Don't know if this would be considered Complete as chapter 1 was completed, but chapter 2 is in the making, but "It's Not A World For Alyssa" Chapter 1 is a game I can redownload after a while and play. Gives about an hour+ of game time depending if you don't speed run through the context and content of the game and trust THERE IS A LOT OF CONTENT.

House chores,
Desert stalker

There are way more, but I can't remember. This is why I need a list lol
