I mean, there are two levels of patch for this game. And I have no idea how pre-patched the version on here is. Taboo edition just enables incest and lets you set the ages for the triplets; I think this might just be the default version of the game now. True Edition (which also includes the Taboo patch) enables content with Norah/Alita, as well as the dark path options for abuse/rape-y stuff.

If your "game" folder has both patch.rpy and truepatch.rpy in it, then you've got the fully patched version. And if not, you can get it from
