I guess at least it gives us a distraction from how we are still waiting for an update that was supposed to come on the first.

I like where your head is at. I'm used to waiting long times for releases so I'm still hopeful that we get this one. But can't deny the excitement I was feeling for this remake makes it a bit more difficult with each passing day

It happens less often than you think—unless it happens more often than I realize and people just don't report it much. Either way, I'm on your side. I don't like it, especially because it floods the threads with too many off-topic posts, and if a mod starts deleting things, everyone involved ends up with a bad taste in their mouth.
No one ever wins.

No one really knows for sure. The first alpha was intended to be releases on 6/1, but the dev hasn't been seen since 5/31, leaving everyone just guessing/waiting.

Yes as mentioned here. It's been radio silence since june 1. But myself and I think a few other people on here are keeping the faith

Just ask for page update alerts to become game update alerts instead. This has been a much needed change for a long time.

Idk what you are referring to. What I mean to say is a bunch of us should get together in the Site Requests Thread and ask that instead of whatever notification system LC currently has now for game alerts it should be changed to or at least allow for notifications when a game we select actually has an update and not just notified any Tom Dick or Harry posts.
LU fake updates are indeed a major issue yet to be resolved. You might have even seen my ire towards it once or twice.
Weird how Devs always seem to disappear with one scene left. (DGBD, SirD, the Dev of Apocalust more or less, DG and more).
