I thought it was a 1:1 swap cause I just woke up one day and saw them all switched over. I have not cared about coins for quite some time now, so I am just waiting for something to actually spend them all on (mining open when).

Cats are effective at rodent control. A few years ago, my cat died, and it wasn't that long after that a mouse chewed open the top of a container of linseed oil in the basement. I had not had any problems before that because the cats kept them away. I now have another cat, and she does a very good job of keeping mice away.

I did think about that in my original post, but my point was more we didn't really need to breed cats to do pest control, they are kinda good at that on their own. Meanwhile, we have very selectively bred various traits into dogs for different purposes.
