The futas you so crave and dream about can't be compared what really a trans women is. It's just an outmost attractive women with a completely out of place gigantic knee-slapper hung between her legs, for no good reason. Same. I hate when dicks in games are 75% the size of their body. Honestly, on futas I prefer average or even smaller dicks.

I find it odd when Futa on female appears specifically in harem games of all things, and some romance games, especially if the setting is more grounded or doesn't explain why there is a futanari/hermaphrodite.
