Karryn's prison is hands down what I'd consider the perfect H-game and has yet to be topped.
Problem I find with most of these game is the actual H scene. The writing tend to go one for way too long for the pace of the scene. This is especially true in japanese games.
Karryn's prison is the perfect example of show don't tell. Instead of writing paragraphs of how karryn's is getting her asshole done in, The game just show it with different sprites and complimentary voice lines and short dialogue. The scene flow so much better than reading 10 lines about how she's about to get penetrated and 10 more lines of how good it felt.
Not to mention how the sex mechanic is seamlessly implemented into the gameplay and combat. So you can enjoy those kind of scene outside the typical visual novel style scene.

Dreams of Desire was one that hooked me early on at looking for more games like it, but i think Sisterly Lust takes the cakes for me over the rest, no doubt

The stuff from dumb koala games, being a dik and fresh woman is also quite nice. I am always looking for games with high quality animations and if possible even voice actors so if anyone has a recommendation let me know
