The games the other dude recommended are all very dark games. Not something I like, especially The Guardian is very gruesome and the LIs are all being treated very badly. Losts of rape and other things I can't stomach.
I like my incest games to be positiv with a MC that genuinely loves his girls.

My all-times go to game is Tales from the Unending Void.
Incest harem with B/S and M/S. It's Sci-Fi but not massively over the top, but I like the girls and the story is also very good.

My Bully is My Lover is also a game I can recommend. Great music and way better story than I expected. Has only B/S so far.
I'm not ashamed to admit, I shed manly tears while playing it.

Game is overhyped and mid as fuck... it only got traction because it has smols and isn't abandoned.
Otherwise it's hot garbage.

You're not wrong, but I'm probably bias toward good modeling, animation, camera angles and dialogue movement. You can tell there's talent there. It's silly at times. Way too stretched story wise and they are now way into soap opera territory now, but it's still well crafted and I think that's what most people see... and yeah, the smol's don't hurt it either.
