discussion Would it be better to hunt down countless games first or finish a game before hunting for more?

I have a terrible habit of constantly hunting down new games to download before completing the current game I'm playing. How bout you guys?

Same, my to play list is far far too long. To the point where I forget the names of games I'm playing.
And considering some games are let say, not google friendly, makes it hard to track them down.

Hahaha, right now I'm thinking of setting a game limit of maybe 3 at a time in my library max. That way I can truly immerse myself into the experience rather than it be fleeting and forgetful. Oh? Frankly sometimes google can be a lil stupid so trying different keywords could help

Where as google can be stupid, they are also a little too snitchy for my liking. There are some games I would not like to be linked too.
DDGo isn't that intuitive sometimes either.

Same for me. Adult games and regular video games as well. It's an awful habit....I'm blaming it on TikTok and that 15 second memory lol

Hahaha, as I stare at my backlogs, my backlogs stare back at me. I totally get that man, hence the habit. Though I agree with Alfabit that it does take the enjoyment away from the game I'm currently playing

YES THIS, but it really sucks that it makes you take the current game for granted, and I hate how much I subconsciously wonder if there would be a better game than this, then boom. Suddenly my backlog exploded

Usually i search for games and download like 5 games and complete all of them

I download a game, play, then download another, play then get another. If the timing is right I can get next update/chapter for the 1st then 2,3 etc. This way I always have new content to play as the week roll on.
