Will the family's hair color bother you?

It doesn’t bother me but I do definitely think about it. I’m pretty sure that’s not how genetics work though, I think people in families can have a variety of hair colors.

Unless the hair color is ugly it doesn't bother me.
Making hair colors distinct helps with remembering the characters when it is a game you haven't played in 4 months.

kinda, if there is something like radiant i wish it was explained like some of the girls dyed th hair or something. It's picky but this incosistency gets me out of the games

Why would the hair colours have to match? Here in Northern Europe we see a wide variety of natural hair colours even in the same family. In my family we see anything from very blonde to brunette to black and even a few redheads. Like my two brothers and I all have distinctly different hair colours (and yes, we definitely all had the same mother and father).

Now there are obviously people from certain other ethnic backgrounds, where they all usually have dark brown/black hair - but even there it's not an issue for me at all, as hair dyes are very much a thing.

Except short blue hair for women, as that is determined by being the main character's childhood friend.
