The logical answer is you pick your Gf's body/mother's mind. You can totally act like you don't know the switch was made, her body is what you are use to, and once it's over you don't have to explain to your GF why you could pork your mother. and ofcourse your mother will never tell anyone. If you pick your mother's body with the GF mind, your gf will always have it in the back of her mind, "Man, dan was really working hard when I was in his mother;s body" And you don't want that

I hadn't thought of it like that but honestly, due to the lack of clarification in the question, it could be interpreted as either you in your wife/sister or as your wife/sister having been body swapped. if the question was instead meant to be your wife and sister swapped bodies/minds then I'd say both are equally taboo for different reasons I guess.
