I think it's a synchronized trigger of nerves to certain senses that activates stimuli. Basically, if the body feels it and likes it then it will push the nerve memory to want it and need it.

Just did as well, i am very curious about the overall results, but seeing that this thread is from 2024, my hopes are kinda slim at best
