I think that restricting the game to one hand would also restrict the genre or have to dumb-down a lot of features that are usually featured in games.

If the game doesn't give me the option to skip their stupid mini-game within a game it immediately goes on either my "don't download the updates" list or the "I'm going to cheat the stats so I don't have to play the mini-game" list.

Thankfully, I DO have a helping hoe, er, hand available if needed.
