discussion Why aren't more games like good mechanics(like Karryn's Prison) with heavily pornographic content?

I think you answered your own question lol. I don’t mind strategy mechanics, but 99% prefer 1 hand free so it limits what can be done on the gameplay front. I am curious what gameplay elements people would want incorporated. I just can’t think of any action gameplay that would enhance my experience

As I said before I understand your point but I believe games should be more than just abusing left click. For example I had a whole different level of gameplay experience while playing Five Night's at Fuzzboobs which is a parody of popular FNAF games.

I mean there are other game styles out there that add a bit more "depth" without even being like a AAA game. You said just abusing left click but outside of VN that's not really the case. Most HTML games dont run that way and have a much more active involvement in choosing how the story develops.. I know some unity games pop up here and there as well that aren't on the Renpy "guardrails" at all, but Im guessing its much harder to code in given how rare they seem to be

One punch man was pretty good - has a cool tech tree and actually challenging combat at times.

I think most devs know their audience and put their time and energy into the things that keep folks playing.

Most games are probably limited by their engine, Ren'py is mainly made for visual novels and not other mechanics. Some Japanese games focus more on gameplay. If you prefer turn-based combat, you might want to check out Treasure Hunter Claire or Melty's Quest.

You might also want to check out Shuggerlain. Great game, more story focused, army battles are rather simple but quite plentiful and succubus minigames are quite fun. Also personal favorite brothel management sim Monster Girl Club Bifrost.
