Mine are:

Skyrim, obviously. I remember spending 20 hours on it alone, learning how to replace textures, then making my own textures (very basic stuff), browsing LL for more mods. It was also the game that introduced me to modding.

Resident Evil. Killing and running away from monsters while in the nude adds to the fun.

Palworld.

Monster Hunter.

Those who are too lazy to download individual mods and resolving conflicts between mods, can very easily find ready-made mod kits (such are available for Skyrim and other games from the Elders Scrolls series).
My wife has 23 thousand mods installed on her Sims-4 (mostly clothes, hairstyles, etc.), but there are also NSFW mods that radically change gameplay.

And yes, we never bought the games. We use pirated repacks from reliable sources (otherwise there is a risk of getting some miner).

About the 23,000 mods. That certainly has an impact. But only on the waiting time when starting the game. I have to wait for about 4-5 minutes (in my opinion, this is a long time). Fallout 4 is also slower to load, it takes 2-3 minutes. The most important thing is to avoid conflicts between mods. Also, some mods won't work if you don't have other mods installed that they depend on. Therefore, to begin with, I recommend downloading already assembled by someone ready-made compilation of mods. If you build it yourself, you will have to spend many hours on the Nexus Mods website.

I've already modded Skyrim, Fallout 4, and Fallout: New Vegas to include NSFW content, but honestly, the best ones so far are The Sims 3 and The Sims 4 you can do so much more with them, from loli stuff to bestiality.

It would sound silly... but my first game that I put on the nude mod was Lineage 2(some version of it)
Dark elves boobs were astonishing and had it's charm even with it's graphics.
IDK if admins saw my modification of client textures through logs but if they saw it they probably did not bother to do anything cause it's my choice to play with this. It does not harm anyone. But there was a catch: I could not give somebody any screenshot of my gameplay even if I wanted to cause I surely will be banned.

Fixing your mod list is part of the enjoyment. When everything starts working, the feeling is irreplaceable.
